Every Pilates session is a chance for you to feel more aware of your muscles and how, through the intelligent movements we do together, you can ease pain and have a new-found inner strength and understanding of your body.

 

After over twenty years of experience, specialist Pilates courses and training with the best Pilates and Movement Educators in the world, I am keen to share my knowledge with you and to provide guidance to help you feel good again. Join me in my light and welcoming studio in Brighton, East Sussex, via Zoom or on Brighton beach and we can start your Pilates journey together.

Hi, I’m Rachel...

When you work with me my aim during our Pilates sessions is to empower you with the knowledge you need to be able to understand your own body better.

In a 1:1 setting this will include creating a personalised programme designed to help focus on any issues you are currently experiencing. You will learn how to reconnect with your body  and strengthen your core muscles, correct any muscular imbalances causing pain or dysfunction and restore the body back to its optimal balance.
